Throughout the year, parents and students will be assigned to work various athletic, fine, arts, class, and other co-curricular events. To make the schedules for more easily accessible, we have attached copies of all work schedules on the left.
Parent responsibilities with a child
involved in 5-12 sports and/or fine arts
If you have a child involved in 7-12 athletics the JClub will assign you to work a gate or concession stand shift at one of the the JJam Volleyball tournaments, JJam Basketball tournaments, or the Alumni Softball tournament.
All parents with a child in 5th - 9th grade and parents with a child involved in choir, band, speech, drama or art in grades 10th - 12th the Fine Arts Boosters will assign you to work one concession stand shift for a football or basketball game and one shift for the Turkey Dinner.
The Freshmen Class is in charge of running the volleyball concession stand each year as a class fundraiser. All freshmen students and one parent are required to work. The parents of a freshmen student council member will be in charge of assigning the work schedule and opening and closing the concession stand.
There may be other responsibilities required of parents with student athletes which will be scheduled by each JClub Representative for that sport.
Please note that if you have more than one child you may be asked to work multiple shifts for a JClub or Fine Arts event.
