Kolker Library and Media Center

One of the gems of Gehlen Catholic School is the Kolker Library and Media Center, made possible by a donation from the late Katherine Kolker. The library features an inventory of nearly 12,000 books and 9 computers in the main library and 15 computers in the adjoining lab.

Whether during study hall or library class, students can check out books, research, work on projects and related activities.

Outside of the school day, Librarians, Mrs. Miranda Bickford, Mrs. Betty Loutsch and Mrs. Jan Meis, host the annual Book Fair and display class exhibits.

Students and their families are also invited to join the Birthday Book Club. You can donate a book to the library in honor of your child(ren)'s birthday. Your child(ren)'s name will be added to the display and included in the inside cover of the new book. This is a great way to share your child(ren)'s favorite stories and enhance the Library's selection.

The Kolker Library and Media center is open from 8:00am to 3:30pm daily during the school year.
