The Gehlen Catholic School Board meets monthly on the second Thursday of the month beginning in August of each school year in the Kolker Library/Media Center at 6:00 p.m. The School Board Committees will meet every other month at 6:00 p.m. in the Kolker Library/Media Center. In the months that the School Board Committees meet, the School Board will meet at 7:00 p.m. Contact information for the current members of the school board may be found under the 'Parents' link above.
Each month's School Board minutes are reviewed and approved by the School Board at the following month's meeting. Once they are approved, they are uploaded to the school website. For instance, August's School Board minutes are approved at the September meeting, so they will be made available on the website after the September School Board meeting. If, for any reason, a School Board meeting isn't held in a particular month (as happens with district sports or other circumstances) the previous month's minutes will be made available after the following month's meeting.
Note: The School Board does not meet in July.
