Executive Summary and Process
To ensure the continued achievement and longevity of Gehlen Catholic, the school embarked upon the 2017-2022 long range strategic plan The plan, which was created in collaboration with the Diocese of Sioux City's Long Range Plan, builds upon Gehlen Catholic's current successes including:

Transformation of students through their faith and service,

Growth in enrollment,

Significant new investments in technology, and

Financial support through tuition assistance streams, capital campaigns, and debt reduction.
The 2017-2022 plan also proactively addresses Gehlen Catholic's future needs including Catholic Identity, Academic Excellence, Buildings and Grounds, Enrollment Management, Finance, Governance and Personnel.
The goal of the 2017-2022 plan is to ensure Gehlen Catholic continues to be recognized in the Le Mars area for the school's "Faith, Values, Service, and Academic Excellence" through the effective utilization of financial, human, and technological resources.
